Producing some 11 billion cups of coffee a year our Banbury site with its leading research and development programme is truly confirmed as a centre of coffee excellence.

We employ a total of 1,100 people with 680 in production alone. In addition, we have our specialist coffee R&D function here, plus human resources and finance functions.

Banbury, originally a medieval market town, is a very pretty and sociable place in which to live and work. Close to Oxford and, being just off the M40, it is within easy reach of London and Birmingham. Those who are active can choose between many leisure activities including golf, sailing and exploring the surrounding Cotswold villages where many of our employees enjoy living.
